The spinal cord together with the brain forms the central nervous system, which is the major controlling, regulatory and communicating system in the body. Why do we pay so much attention to the spine? The peciliarity of vajra-yoga practice lies in extreme attention to the spine. Vajra-yoga includes mind and body exercises for the attainment of harmonic state of mind to full every day of life with consciousness. Based on the knowledge of medicine, physiology, anatomy and human body biomechanics as well as on ancient yoga scriptures this method observes the core principle of yoga "Not to hurt". Our school is the only one in Moscow which specializes on vajra-yoga, also known as the correct approach to the spine. ![]() We are happy to announce that the first vajra-yoga school in Moscow is starting yoga classes in English.
